Frank Ocean is back new vibrations. The singer-songwriter teams with Travis Scott for his latest song, “Lens.” The song premiered on Ocean’s Beats 1 show, blonded RADIO.
The artwork for “Lens” was inspired by Kerry James Marshall’s famous painting, “A Portrait of the Artist as a Shadow of His Former Self.”
Over a minimal production with heavy autotune, Ocean sings, “Despite our history / Somewhere in your nights you’re stuck when you think of me / Despite the life I lead / All this life in me.”
