Anderson.Paak has teamed up with Apple Music to release an eccentric new track titled “‘Til It’s Over.”
Strangely produced with perfectly offbeat synths and drums, Paak dishes on a romance that could be ending soon along with its many perks — like watching comedy shows and late nights in Los Angeles. While there isn’t an expiration date on this fling, Paak will “ride it ’til it’s over.”
The song is featured in a commercial for Apple’s HomePod, which stars FKA Twigs. Directed by Spike Jonze, the four-minute clip opens with FKA Twigs coming home from work tired and exhausted. Upon entering her small apartment, she asks Siri to “play me something I’d like” before she takes things into high gear with her killer dance moves.
