R. Kelly is coming to a city near you. After pulling out the Love Letter Cruise, the R&B veteran announced that he will be headlining his “The Single Ladies Tour” this fall. The 22-city tour, which will support his new album “Write Me Back,” kicks off on October 13 in Columbia, South Carolina.
