Summer will be here before we know it. Today, ESSENCE announced confirmed performers for its ESSENCE Festival, which will take place in New Orleans, from July 4-7.
This year some of R&B biggest stars have been called out to perform on the ESSENCE stage. As of today (Jan. 8), confirmed performers include Jill Scott, Maxwell, New Edition, Keyshia Cole, Brandy, Blackstreet, Charlie Wilsion, Bridget Kelly, Leela James, Mint Condition, Jody Watley, and Les Nubians. More performers will be announced at a later date.
This year’s Festival promises to bring “the page to the stage” with 4 days of entertainment and information on health, careers, education, civil rights, relationships, style, beauty and more that will get you into the Festival groove.
