A hungry independent artist, Torelli is a young musical phenom who has shattered all expectations of what makes an R&B superstar. He is a South Carolina-born charmer and the shining son of Haitian and Italian parents. Charming, effortlessly stylish, oozing with talent, and perpetually humming a sweet falsetto tune, Torelli springs forth from a cultural heritage that allowed him to express himself with no set boundaries.
After attending the private liberal arts institution Furman University on full choral music scholarship, this self taught (and further trained) musician is a singing/songwriting threat who embodies what it means to be a striving musician. His influences range from Luther Vandross, Eric Benet, and Maxwell to modern musicians like, Musiq Soulchild, Avant and John Legend. Those influences have helped to construct his intrinsic sonic creations and a powerful release of his inner most secrets, feelings and emotions.
“Did It For You” will appear on Torelli’s upcoming project Retrospective, due this year.
