Canadian singer The Weeknd releases another track from his “Kiss Land” LP, “Love in the Sky.”
As the release date for his forthcoming album draws near, The Weeknd gives us a third track from his album. He previously released “Kiss Land,” the title track, and “Belong to the World” giving us a sense of what to expect from the album. His new single, “Love in the Sky,” has the same Weeknd-esque vibe seen in former tracks like his 2012 “Wicked Games.” The Weeknd effortlessly delivers sweet sounding notes over the chill and relaxing beat.
“We’ll learn to love how to dream,” depicts the 23-year-old singer. “I’ll teach you how to dream. We’ll find our love in the sky.”
The Weeknd paints a picture of love and bliss somewhere beyond the world within the depths of the skies. The track also has some intense layers which are hidden by the singer’s soothing vocals. The Canadian also released a short video of the track’s final portion. “Kiss Land” is expected to drop Sept. 10.
