Smooth vocalist Kem continues to bring the heat on radio. His second single “Nobody” from his grown-and-sexy new album “Promise to Love” has entered the top ten of urban adult contemporary radio.
With 1048 total radio spins, the mature record stands at No. 10 after knocking Mary J. Blige’s “Whole Damn Year” to No. 11.
Kem’s latest single “Nobody” debuted at No. 43 on the chart in late August with 57 total radio spins. The increase in radio spins over the last two months shows that listeners appreciate his signature sound.
The R&B veteran’s lead single “It’s You” topped the urban adult contemporary radio chart earlier this fall. With “Nobody” continuing to rise up the chart, the song could receive the same chart-topping fate as its predecessor.
