Tory Lanez is ready for the world to hear his second album, Memories Don’t Lie. Slated to arrive on March 2, the project will serve as the follow-up to 2016’s I Told You.
The Canadian singer/rapper has dropped a 60-second PSA to accompany his album release date news. Shot by visionary director Josh “Midjordan” Farias, the throwback visual revisits Lanez’s childhood moments including family photos, Nickelodeon magazines, and even clips from the infamous O.J. Simpson murder trial.
Lanez also offered a relatable soundbite to play behind a nostalgic album trailer. “As the memories come and the memories go,” he says. “people die every day, but the memories don’t.”
Ahead of Memories Don’t Lie, Lanez has treated fans to a series of songs including “I Sip”, and “Skrt Skrt.”
