R&B singer Ashanti has announced that her upcoming LP “BraveHeart” will be pushed back. The LP, originally scheduled to be released on April 17, will now be released on June 19.
The lead single “The Woman You Love” featuring Busta Rhymes was released mid-December and gained favorable reviews for critics. However, the song hasn’t had much success on the charts. Therefore, Ashanti is forced to go back to the drawing board to generate enough buzz for the album.
Hopefully Ashanti and her team will come harder with a better strategy for promoting this album. This will be Ashanti’s first album released under her own record label Written Entertainment.
