R&B newcomer John Michael released a new song titled “She Played with my Mind.” Believe it or not, the song was recorded just a week ago.
Michael exclusively told us about how this song came about:
I was online looking for mixtape beats…I went to my good friend’s Flawless Tracks website and downloaded it, brought it up in a session and started writing. I wasn’t expecting it to turn out as good, but after a few days I was like ‘yeah this is pretty good.’ My lil sis told me it stood out to her. I sent it to [Flawless Tracks] and they loved it. [They] featured it up on their page.
Although Michael is set to release his debut EP soon, he hopes to include “She Played with My Mind” on the project. “I’m going to talk with my management team about possibly adding it last minute to the EP,” said Michael.
