Singer-songwriter Frank Ocean will appear on the 38th season premiere of “Saturday Night Live” as the musical guest. There are reports that the “Thinkin Bout You” singer will be joined by John Mayor. To add to the speculation, Mayer posted a photo via his Tumblr page of Ocean rehearsing for his upcoming performance.
The new season of “Saturday Night Live,” hosted by Seth MacFarlane, will premiere on September 15 at 11:30 p.m. EST on NBC.
Earlier this month, Ocean performed his critically-acclaimed single “Thinkin Bout You”at MTV’s Video Music Awards. He received mixed reviews about his performance. Some people loved it and others thought it was boring, as Ocean sat on a rock the entire time.
