Introducing: Austin Brown. He is the nephew of the late Michael Jackson, and is ready to take the world by storm. His debut single, “Menage A Trois,” has been getting a lot of buzz online and on the streets.
“Musically, the song was influenced by classic Motown and Stax records. We wanted to create a song that channeled the Temptations and the Four Tops with James Jamerson on the bass,” Austin said to AOL. “I wrote and produced the song with my writing partners Scott Bruzenak and Tommy Parker. The three of us refer to ourselves as the Backpack Kids. We all come from different backgrounds and styles,” the young singer explained of his collaborators.
“Menage A Trois” is a vulnerable song about being torn in between two lovers.
