Neo-soul artist Bilal pays homage to the legendary Stevie Wonder on his latest offering, “Too High.” The Philadelphia native adds a jazzy touch to his rendition of the Stevie Wonder classic — which sounds pretty good.
“Too High” is the first release from Bilals upcoming mixtape, The Retrospection.
The Retrospection is slated to release on December 5 via Bilal’s Facebook page. This project should hold us over until he is ready to drop his fourth studio album, A Love Surreal, next February.
