Earlier this week, we announced Fantasia’s new album Side Effects of You was getting a new release date. The American Idol season three winner will now release her new album on April 16.
Side Effects of You was originally scheduled to release on March 13. However, Fantasia decided to delay its release to give her a little more time to promote her project.

“Album pushed back to later date. Rock & Soul must get all the promo it deserves,” Fantasia said on Tuesday via her Facebook page.
Speaking of promotion, Fantasia unveiled the official cover art on her Instagram. “My Baby!!! My Blood, Sweat, Tears. My Name, My Joy, My Pain, My Album.. Side Effects of You!!!!! ROCKSOUL,” she said on Instagram.
