Moments ago, Ciara dropped her new single “Body Party,” which samples Ghost Town DJ’s hit song “My Boo.” The song was produced by Mike WiLL Made It and co-written by Ciara’s alleged boyfriend Future.
Speaking on her collaboration with Future, Ciara told Billboard:
Let’s just say that this record came out of a very sincere place. I think when things just organically feel right, naturally good things come from it. He’ s such an amazing, creative person. I can be very creatively expressive myself, but there’s nothing like being able to work with someone that can bring a new flavor. What I like about [working with] him, it’s almost like I got to learn more things about myself.
“Body Party” is the third single off Ciara’s highly awaited album One Woman Army, which is expected to release in June. The album will include production by Rodney Jerkins, The Underdogs, Rock City, and Mike WiLL Made It.
