It looks like all three Destiny’s Child members are releasing an album this year. Michelle Williams has confirmed that she is working on her fourth studio album, which is expected to drop this summer.
The songstress has enlisted Harmony Samuels to produce most of the project. Last week, at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction red carpet, Williams mentioned that she was referred to Samuels by Kelly Rowland, who collaborated with him for a song on her Talk A Good Game album. Williams was hesitant at first. However, after having a studio session with him, she was ready to work.
Samuels has nine or ten songs that will appear on Williams’ yet-to-be-titled album.
Williams’ fourth album follows her 2008 release, Unexpected, which debuted at No. 42 on the Billboard 200.
