Billboard has released some of the names of performers who will grace the stage at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. Among the performers are R&B/soul artists Prince, Bruno Mars, and Miguel. The ceremony, sponsored by Chevorlet and the city of Las Vegas, will air live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on May 19.
Music icon Prince will be honored at this year’s awards ceremony with the Billboard Icon Award highlighting his unique journey and history of groundbreaking accomplishments in the music industry.
More performers and presenters will be announced at a later date. Billboard Music Award tickets go on sale April 4 at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT, and will be available at MGM Grand and Ticketmaster locations.
