Alicia Keys kicks off the first day of May by releasing a video for her buzz single ‘New Day.” The video shows a mashup of Keys — backed with dancers — singing “New Day” in an alley and footage of her performing at last year’s iTunes Festival in London.
“New Day,” originally a buzz single, will now serve as the third single from Keys’ No.1 album, Girl on Fire. The Swizz Beatz-produced song was co-written by Keys, Swizz Beatz, Sevyn Streeter, Trevor Lawrence Jr., Andre Brissett and Dr. Dre.
Keys, along with Miguel, is now on tour promoting her new album. The tour will hit the UK, starting on May 18.
