Early birthday gifts are always good. With just two days until his 24th birthday, Chris Brown has been announced as a performer for the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.
The “Fine China” singer, who is nominated for ‘R&B Artist of the Year and Album of the Year, is in great company as he joins the star-studded lineup including fellow R&B stars NeYo and Miguel.
Earlier this week, Brown announced the release date for his sixth studio album X, which is due July 16. He also released a new track titled “I Can’t Win.”
