Kelly Rowland and The-Dream are set to co-headline their Lights Out Tour. The promotional tour will be in support of their upcoming albums: Kelly Rowland (Talk A Good Game) and The-Dream (IV Play).
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Rams Head Live for a ticket giveaway! One lucky reader will win two complimentary tickets to see Kelly Rowland and The-Dream’s concert at Rams Head Live in Baltimore on Tuesday, May 28!

Contest Rules
- Must complete the entry form.
- One entry per person.
- Entrants must live in Baltimore or surrounding area (DC, MD, VA, NY, PA) and must be available to provide his/her own transportation to the show on Tuesday, May 28 (doors open at 7pm) at Rams Head Live located at 20 Market Place, Baltimore, MD 21202.
- Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash and/or any other prize.
- One winner will be randomly selected and will receive two complimentary tickets to the show. (Please be prepared to show a valid I.D.)
- The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email by Friday, May 24, 2013 with further instructions. The winner must claim his or her prize within 24 hours or the prize will be forfeited.
All entries must be received by Friday, May 24 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
