She’s back (again). Moments ago, Mariah Carey released her highly-awaited song, “#Beautiful” featuring Miguel. The acoustic-driven tune — co-written by Miguel, Carey, Nathan Perez and Brook Davis — serves as the lead single off Carey’s upcoming album.
The music video for “#Beautiful,” directed by Joseph Kahn, is scheduled to premiere on American Idol on Wednesday, May 8. Carey will also kick off the Good Morning America Summer Concert Series on May 24. We definitely anticipate her performing “#Beautiful,” among her other hits.
Carey will allegedly perform her new single on American Idol on May 16. However, that has not been confirmed by Carey, her label, nor American Idol as of yet.
