R&B veteran Chanté Moore releases “Talking In My Sleep,” the first single off her upcoming album “Moore Is More,” due July 30.
Moore was very hands on with this album, as she wrote or co-wrote most of the songs on it. “My heart is overwhelmed with excitement and joy in life and in my music,” she says. “I have more to give my fans, more then meets the eye, more of the same and more then what you expect.”
Speaking on her album Moore “This album draws from many moments in the last ten years of my life. It is filled with intimate details and subject matters I cannot “talk” about but, I HAVE TO sing about. Understanding MORE about who I am and MORE about what I want. I AM victorious! I choose to LIVE! And MAN am I GONNA LIVE!!! Love Is On The Way.”
“Moore Is More” will serve as the follow-up to Moore’s 2008 release “Love The Woman,” which debuted at No. 110 on the Billboard 200.
Moore will also star in TV One’s “R&B Divas: LA,” which premieres on July 10 at 10:00 p.m. She joins a cast of other R&B powerhouses including Kelly Price, Lil Mo, Dawn Robinson (of EnVogue), Michel’le, and Claudette Ortiz (of City High).
