Passionate and out-spoken singer K. Michelle launches the “Rebel Against” campaign through the Saving Our Daughters organization.
The Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta star is using her voice for more than just singing as she inspires women to rebel against abandonment, mental abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence and judgment. She has partnered with the Saving Our Daughters organization, which helps young and adult women from different backgrounds bond together to try to get over difficult situations.
“I teamed up with Saving Our Daughters to empower women on different things that might make them feel inferior, whether it might be violence, racism, or anything that they might be struggling or facing from day-to-day,” says the Memphis native.
The powerhouse singer is known for her fearless attitude and takes no back seat when it comes to empowering women, hence her upcoming album entitled, “Rebellious Soul.” This campaign will tie into the craze of her debut album hitting stores Aug. 13. Michelle has done videos, photo shoots and has made a Tumblr to support her “Rebel Against” campaign.
