Singer and X-Factor judge Kelly Rowland shows off her sleek and sexy body on the cover of the October 2013 issue of Shape Magazine, where she tells how how she stay mentally and physically grounded.
“I work out five or six times a week. I feel better, look better, sleep better,” the former Destiny’s Child singer tells Shape.
The singer also talked about her current album, “Talk A Good Game,” and one of its most talked about songs, “Dirty Laundry.”
Kelly said that while writing “Dirty Laundry,” she was hesitant to share such a personal story, but her manager “reminded me that so many women are in similar situations—and that as an artist I’m supposed to be vulnerable.”
