Michelle Williams is ready to turn up the heat. The former Destiny’s Child member unveils the artwork for “Fire,” the second single off her forthcoming album ” Journey To Freedom.”
“Fire” will serve as the follow-up to the album’s lead single, “If We Had Your Eyes.”
Harmony Samuels, the executive producer of “Journey To Freedom,” recently spoke on Williams’ creative direction on the album. “I didn’t generalize it to pop or R&B or dance,” he explained to Rated RnB. “I just wanted to create great music. Yes, the lyric is about Jesus and the God we serve. It’s inspirational. It’s about the relationship. I think we are starting to break ground with it.”
“Fire” is expected to release this week.
