With less than a week before the soundtrack for “Black Nativity” hit shelves, another Christmas tune hits the web. Mary J.Blige and Nas tackle the gospel-infused track “Rise Up Shepherd and Follow.”
Blige makes her presence known throughout the song as Nas encourages everyone to celebrate Christ’s birth with an uplifting rap.
The “Black Nativity” soundtrack will be available Nov.5, featuring the lead track “Be Grateful” with Jacob Latimore, Jennifer Hudson and Forest Whitaker.
