While Janelle Monáe’s sophomore album “The Electric Lady” continues to do moderately well on the Billboard chart, she readies the visuals for her duet “Primetime” with Miguel, which Miguel describes as “fun and interesting.”
“We’re gonna kind of be experiencing, you know, Janelle’s world set in a very Blade Runner-like setting,” said Miguel. “I happen to play the love interest in the video, so it’s going to be fun and interesting…The set is incredible and I don’t think we’ve ever seen Janelle like this, so it’s exciting.”
