R&B newcomer August Alsina parties it up as he hosts a wild house party in the new visual for party anthem “Numb.”
Rappers B.o.B and Yo Gotti, who were replaced by original collaborators Problem and iAMSU!, join the New Orleans native for the collaboration as he sings the festive track, advising someone to take away his keys and party favors because he has gone “numb” and has a lovely lady to take him home.
“Take my drink, n****, I’m buzzing/Take my trees, n****, I’m gone/Take my keys, n****, it’s nothing/One of these chicks is taking me home”
Director Payne Lindsey made sure every aspect of a wild and raunchy house party was captured in the visual, as we see images of half-dressed women having pillow fights, red cups and psychedelic effects invade the Alsina’s video.
“Numb” is lifted from Alsina’s “Downtown: Life Under the Gun” EP, out now. The artist is currently working on his debut album offering.
