After being delayed for one week, CJ Hilton’s “Sextape” mixtape is now available for stream and download. The 11-track offering was was co-written and produced by Hilton, Grammy Award-winning producer Bangladesh and Grammy nominated producer Salaam Remi.
“Basically what the project is about is having fun,” said Hilton. “I really had a lot of fun making this tape. I feel like that’s what you’re going to get when you pop it in, you’re going to feel good. Of course it’s still CJ because the music has always been a little mature, but at the end of the day it’s just showing a more fun side. It’s kind of combining the two.”
The mixtape, which includes a feature from R&B crooner Mario, will be part of a concept series of EPs that will culminate into a full-length album titled, “Threesome.”
