Soul crooner John Legend has music admirers’ hearts on lock with his single “All Of Me.” Legend’s mission is to continue that through Valentine’s Day with a new song “A Million” off the “About Last Night” soundtrack.
On the romantic ballad, Legend pleads with his lover to forget about her worries in exchange for being with him. He tells her, “There’s a million reasons/a million ways/a million words but I’ve said all I can say/There’s only one thing I want out of all I could do./Out of a billion places/I only wanna be with you.”
Last week, Legend’s “All Of Me” went No. 1 on the Urban Adult Contemporary radio chart, becoming his first record of the “Love in the Future” era to stand atop the chart.
The romantic comedy “About Last Night,” hits theaters on February 14. The soundtrack is available in stores and on iTunes now.
