Rico Love calls narcissistic women out on their outrageous behavior in his latest track “B*tches Be Like.”
The “They Don’t Know” singer pulled inspiration for his latest song from 2Pac’s “Wonder Why They Call U B*tch,” an honest track that offered a male perspective as to how money hungry women should change their ways.
Love’s mid-tempo track, is a modernized take on the 1996 song. As seen from the single’s cover art, the song mocks women who care more about their vanity than their other priorities and post provocative pictures for superficial validation.
He raps, “Damn, these b*tches be like/Poke my ass out and that’s 150 likes” then sings “Hair done, nails done, but I ain’t got nowhere to stay/Ooh its a lot of rich n*ggas in the club, I’m gonna make one of these n*ggas fall in love.”
The Division 1 producer had a top 5 urban radio hit with his first single “They Don’t Know” and his debut album “Turn The Light On” is due out later this year.
