After fulfilling his fantasies of “Black Panties,” the self-proclaimed sex “Genius,” R. Kelly looks to feed his sexual appetite with “White Panties.”
During a recent interview with V Magazine, he revealed he’s already working on a sequel to his 2013 release. “It’s called ‘White Panties.’ And you can expect a whole other level.”
Besides talking about his “Black Panties” follow-up album, the R&B legend touches on the joint tour between him and Mary J. Blige. “It’s a very exciting thing when two people like Mary and me come together. It’s never been done, but it kind of makes sense.”
He also says he’s working on a record between him and Mary. The Chi-Town native would even like to make an entire album with her. “I’m even looking forward to proposing that we do a whole album together. But this is the first I’ve mentioned it. The “King & Queen” album.”
While it may be the first time an album has been brought up, a duet hasn’t. In our exclusive interview with producer Jerry Wonda, he shared another duet between Kelly and Blige has already been recorded. “It’s such a great record…it’s crazy. You have the ‘Queen of R&B’ and the ‘King of R&B’ together on one record – it’s very special.”
