The Queen is back! After teasing fans with snippets of tracks from the “Think Like A Man Too” soundtrack, she releases “Suitcase” as the lead single.
Produced by Mark Fiest, the bass heavy track hears Blige singing the words of a women fed up. Instead of experiencing more heartbreak, she’s packing up her belongings and leaving him behind. “You gon’ wake up in the morn and find out that I’m already gone / Got a one-way ticket, here’s your goodbye song / And while you’re trying to explain, I’ll be zipping up my suitcase.”
The “Think Like A Man Too” soundtrack will arrive on June 17 via Epic Records. The soundtrack features all new music by Blige including her remake of Shalamar’s “A Night To Remember” and “Suitcase.”
