As a part of his #IGotYouCovered series, singer Sebastian Mikael delivers an acoustic guitar cover of K-Camp’s “Money Baby.”
Mikael has been making noise in the music industry as of lately with his timeless vocals and refreshing music. In preparation for his debut album “Speechless,” due in stores June 24, the crooner launched his #IGotYouCovered campaign where he covers songs from various artists. In his second episode, the 24-year-old covers an interesting selection, K-Camp’s “Money Baby.”
Mikael transforms the rap hit into a smooth ballad making the suggestive lyrics of the original song seem less vulgar than they are. The Swedish singer takes the song to a different power where his vocals define the song and not the lyrics or its content. With just his guitar, a dim lit room and his hat facing the back, Mikael shows his versatility and ability to tackle any genre.
In other news, the singer recently dropped a new single “4U” featuring rapper Rick Ross. The video for the feel good track will be dropping very soon. Until then, satisfy your eyes with the second episode of his #IGotYouCovered series below.
