Directed by videographer Mike Ho, the intense visual shows Blige teary-eyed with eye-liner running down her face as she rocks back-and-forth in a mental asylum. With a team of doctors reviewing her condition, viewers can conclude that her diagnosis is a disorder called ‘brokenhearted and fed-up.’ Christian Keyes, who plays her self-centered love interest, observes her in the ward as doctors review their findings.
