The multi-year music hiatus for Jamie Foxx has ended and the singer-actor is back giving us some music to vibe to with his new single “Party Ain’t A Party” featuring rapper 2 Chainz.
For his reintroduction to the music world, Foxx opts for a club-record instead of his usual ballads to get the party started and the crowd rocking. The less than four-minute track is brought in by Atlanta-bred rapper 2 Chainz who is known for his party banger records himself. Thirty seconds into the DJ Mustard-produced track, Foxx croons his way in singing, “Fresh kicks, fresh-cut, about to roll out,” on the Rock City-penned track.
