Pendulum Records soul artist Shaliek releases his uptempo fourth single, “So Tired,” from his successful latest album, “Blood Sweat Tears.”
Only after a few weeks of releasing his third single, “I’ll Give It Up,” Shaliek wastes no time in providing us with another hit. Possessing a different vibe from his previous records, the horn-driven track with live instrumentation shows the singer in a state where he is tired of being alone and wants to marry.
Shaliek lays his powerful, soulful vocals on the track to convey the passion of his love and his eagerness to bend on one knee for his lover.
About midway into the track, the singer gives it to us straight and talks on the track to tell us what’s really on his mind. “You know, it comes a time in every man’s life when enough is enough. I think I love you, baby!”
After he gets that off his chest, he returns to singing his vocals, crooning “baby, baby, baby” repeatedly.
