Teyana Taylor makes a great first impression as her debut album, VII, storms to No. 1 on Billboard’s R&B Albums chart and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Taylor sold 16,000 copies during week one of sales, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
The album, which has been well-received by fans and critics, features solid tracks such as “Maybe” featuring Pusha T and Yo Gotti, “Do Not Disturb” featuring Chris Brown and “Request,” just to name a few.
On December 4, Taylor will headline her own intimate concert at SOB’s in New York City where she will perform her entire album.
