Following the eye-catching trailer for Lifetime’s forthcoming Whitney Houston biopic, the network shares another teaser.
The latest sneak peek Whitney captures Yaya DaCosta, who portrays Houston, in the studio recording “I’m Baby Tonight,” off Houston’s third studio album with the same title. With newly-recorded vocals done by Deborah Cox, DaCosta radiates the spirit of Houston in the booth as Wesley Jonathan, who plays BabyFace, looks on in awe.
Whitney is set to premiere on Saturday, January 17 at 8 p.m. on Lifetime.
