Husband-wife duo Kindred The Family Soul has teamed with DJ Spinna for an official remix to their song “Never Loved You More.”
“DJ Spinna is one of the best DJs in the world and a great producer/remixer,” says Fatin Dantzler. “We jumped at the chance to give ‘Never Loved You More’ a soulful house version with his magical touch. I gave Spinna the record and he started on it while we were both in Manchester England for the Southport weekender. He sent me a rough copy of it while we were still there. I liked it so much I had the band learn it and we performed it that night at the show. So I guess you could say we really dig it!”
The original version of “Never Loved You More” appears on the lovers’ latest album A Couple Friends, which was released in June 2014.
