After releasing his “Bossy” track last month, Tahj Mowry follows up with a brand new track called “Dancing Alone.” On the Excel Beats-produced tune, the actor/occasional singer finds himself dealing with an unfaithful lover.
“I saw you cheatin’ on the dance floor with someone I didn’t know / I saw you kissin’ up on everyone like I was invisible / You got me dancing alone,” Mowry sings over a pop/funk beat.
“I guess it’s true ’bout what they say/ Once a cheater, always one baby / I should have learned my lesson those times before / But now it’s time to get your sh*t and hit the road,” he continues.
Mowry plans to release his official debut single in April, with an EP releasing later this year. In the meantime, stream “Dancing Alone” below.
