It’s time to get funky! D’Angelo and the Vanguard have announced dates for their official U.S. summer tour.
Dubbed The Second Coming Tour, the 14-date musical excursion will kick off on June 7 at The Fox Theater in Oakland, California. The band will make their rounds in cities such as Denver, Atlanta, Houston, Norfolk, Forest Hills and Washington, D.C. The tour will end on June 28 at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey.
According to Rolling Stone, tickets for most of The Second Coming Tour will go on sale May 1 at 10 a.m. More information regarding tickets can be found on BlackMessiah.co.
The Second Coming Tour is in support of D’Angelo’s latest album The Black Messiah.
