As Monica readies her Code Red album, she graced the stage at the first annual BET Players’ Awards, which aired on Tuesday night.
Backed by four dancers and a live band, the R&B vet performed her Lil Wayne assisted single “Just Right For Me” at the star-studded event. Although Lil Wayne was a performer at the Awards, he did not join her on stage to spit his verse.
Monica killed it, though! Her stellar vocals in this performance proves why she is still in the game 20 years later!
