As “No Sleeep” rests at No. 2 on urban AC radio, Janet Jackson teases a new track called “The Great Forever.” The music icon shared a photo of the lyric sheet via Twitter and a link to hear a snippet of the pulsating track.
The feel-good tune was produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. “Living my life / The way that I hope / is leading me to The Great Forever / Forever I will choose / Watch what I’m doing / Watch where I’m going / Trying to get to / The Great Forever / forever is the truth,” she sings on the hook.
“No Sleeep” and “The Great Forever” are lifted off Jackson’s upcoming album reportedly titled Unbreakable.
