The cast of NBC’s upcoming musical The Wiz Live! is steadily increasing with more of today’s biggest music stars. Singer-songwriter Ne-Yo has been announced as the latest addition to the star-studded cast. The Non-Fiction crooner will play the Tin Man in the live adaption of The Wiz.

Others artists to be star in the holiday production include Queen Latifah as the Wiz, Common as the gatekeeper of Oz, Mary J. Blige as Evillene, the Wicked Witch of the West, Stephanie Mills as Auntie Em, Amber Riley as Addaperle, the Good Witch of the North and Shanice Williams as Dorothy.
The Wiz Live! will premiere on Thursday, December 3 on NBC.
