Summer may be over but that isn’t stopping R. Kelly. The R&B veteran has released a video for his new single “Backyard Party” from his upcoming album, The Buffet.
In the video, Kelly invites his friends (including rappers Snoop Dogg and Chance The Rapper) and some ladies to for an epic party.
The Buffet is set to arrive on Nov. 20. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kelly revealed his process of creating the album. “I’ve done 462 songs for this particular album,” he said. “They’re not ideas, they are whole full songs. I wanted to be sure that I really nailed it to the point that when I started breaking it down to the 14, 15, 16 songs that go on the album that I had more than enough to choose from, and they would all be great choices.”
