It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Mali Music. The soul singer returns with a brand new song titled “Contradiction” featuring Jhené Aiko. Mali and Jhene distinct voices compliment each other on the reggae-flavored tune that is lifted from Spike Lee’s Chi-Raq movie soundtrack
“If you say that it’s over, I won’t die / I’ll just come back for more / We’ll meet again for sure,” sings Mali.
Chi-Raq will premiere in select theaters on Dec. 4. The soundtrack will also release on that day. It will include music from Jennifer Hudson, R. Kelly, Treasure Davis and more.
