Keke Palmer adds more steam behind her new single “I Don’t Belong To You.” The award-winning actress/singer teams with Ty Dolla Sign and Dej Loaf for an official remix, produced by London On Da Track.
Ty Dolla Sign opens the track with a smooth verse. “We can keep it on the DL / Hell nah, girl, I’ll never tell / You with a new nigga, I’m with my same girl / Mama said we both should be ashamed, girl,” he sings.
Dej Loaf follows-up with a zero f*cks given, making it clear that she doesn’t want any strings attached. “If it ain’t about the sex then I’d prolly neglect you / Don’t take it personal, I’m just tryna protect you,” she raps.
Palmer recently inked a deal with Island Records and is working on the follow-up to her 2007 album, So Uncool.
In other news, Palmer will star as Marty on FOX’s Grease: Live on Sunday, Jan. 31 at 7/6C.
