Singer-songwriter Victoria Monét drops off a new song called “Better Days,” dedicated to the victims of the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history.
With smooth and uplifting production by Flip, Monét hopes to help those struggling despite the recent tragedies in Orlando.
“Music has always helped me heal, so I’m hoping this song brings solace to some of our heavy hearts,” Monét explains.
Within the song, Monét sings of the dangers that surrounds us everyday, but that the future will be brighter in spite of all the hate.
This is the latest song from the singer, with her last single being “Trust” released back in February.
Victoria Monet is set to join Fifth Harmony on tour this summer.
