Following the May release of her debut single and video “Streetlights,” a tame, melodic record about balancing a normal relationship with a demanding career, Teenear returns with her own rendition of Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself.”
With the only accompaniment being a single guitar and occasional backing vocals by Writesounds, the Miami native sings softly of breaking up with her significant other, telling them that “you should go and love yourself.”
Teenear originally caught the ears of fans with the west-coast influenced track “Friday Night,” which featured a guest appearance from rapper Sage The Gemini.
